Jeannine Williams

Schools.

 

Jeannine Williams is the CEO and founder of Jae-9’s Educational Consulting, and Jae-9’s Properties and Rentals. She is also the Human Resources Recruiter for Peoria Public Schools in Peoria, Illinois.  She firmly believes in “helping people to help themselves.” She has been very successful in providing training and development to students, parents, and administrators in K-12 and higher education. Throughout her career she has placed a strong emphasis on adult education, human resource management, administrative operations, supervision and organizational development.    

Jeannine is a doctoral student at Walden University, and she served as an administrator in K-12 for the past 12 years.  In addition, she served as the Associate Dean for Student Affairs at Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, Coordinator of Residence Life at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.  During her tenure at VCU, she was responsible for a residential area comprised of 1,400 students, supervision and management of 150 employees and was very instrumental in bringing two new facilities on line and developing collaborative partnership throughout the University. Prior to her arrival at VCU, she worked at the State University of New-Paltz, NY, where she held a series of positions within the student affairs division.  Mrs. Williams graduated from Central Michigan University in 1991 with a BA in Interpersonal and Public Communication with a concentration in organizational development and earned a minor in Business Administration. She received her MS in Educational Administration and Supervision from the State University of New Paltz, NY in 1994. Further, she earned a Post-Baccalaureate Certification in Human Resource Development in 2000 and completed 21 credits towards her PhD from Virginia Commonwealth University.  Moreover, she earned Divinity Certification from Faith Harvest Ministry in 2009. Lastly, she completed a Masters in Guidance Counseling from Spring Arbor University in May of 2011.

Jeannine is the proud primary parent of her daughter Brianna Nicole; and firmly believes that charity begins at home.  Moreover, Jeannine is the youngest of four children, enjoys writing poetry, spending quality time with her family and close friends, traveling and giving back to her community via her time, talent and resources.
